Our Research
Our research shows us what we can do better to achieve the best outcomes for our tāngata whai ora (residents).
Responsive
We want to provide the best possible programmes for tāngata whai ora (residents).
So we do regular research to find out what’s working well and where we can improve. Our research follows the tāngata whai ora journey from first appointment through the continuing care phase and beyond. We also look at how we are doing with whānau. We use what we learn to improve what we do and we share our research to support other services across Australasia.
