Higher Ground
Eligibility
Higher Ground will assess people who normally reside in the Waitemata, Auckland, Counties Manukau and Waikato District Health Boards areas.

Ministry of Health Contract:
Higher Ground has also entered into a contract with the Ministry of Health to provide services to people who identify as having used methamphetamine. Any person wanting to come into Higher Ground under this programme can be a resident of any District Health Board area in New Zealand
